Good Afternoon and Blessings
Happy Teachers’ Day!!
We are all teachers, some without even knowing it.
Whether it’s through raising children or just giving advice to family, friends or strangers, we don’t need a license to share life experiences. The best teachers are those who teach from the heart without trying to control or be condescending
We all have someone in our life who has taught us much needed lessons. Those who are professionals tend to come to mind when I think of teachers. Some were outstanding and others not so much. And Mr. Hart, my grade 7 and 8 science teacher, was one of those teachers who taught from a gentle, caring, kind outlook. He made science interesting and encouraged us to explore the environment. Mr. Hart and his wife would host class outings and even skating and tobogganing parties. His calm respectful manner will remain with those students fortunate to be taught by Mr. Hart.
Keep safe, Keep connected.
Blessings and the strength of Love be with you.

1 Corinthians 12:27-31
You are Christ’s body—that’s who you are! You must never forget this. Only as you accept your part of that body does your “part” mean anything. You’re familiar with some of the parts that God has formed in the church, which is the “body”: apostles, prophets, teachers, miracle workers, healers, helpers, organizers, those who pray in tongues. But it’s obvious by now, isn’t it, that Christ’s church is a complete Body and not a gigantic, uni-dimensional Part? It’s not all Apostle, not all Prophet, not all Miracle Worker, not all Teacher, not all Healer, not all Prayer in Tongues, not all Interpreter of Tongues. And yet some of you keep competing for so-called “important” parts. But now I want to lay out a far better way for you.
Prayer Of The Day
Life Guiding Teacher
You are the Light, the Way and our supreme Teacher and we are grateful to have learned so many life lessons from You. Bless all who teach and keep them in your warm loving embrace. Help us to live by your teachings and to recognize that although we all have different skills to contribute, we are all equally important. May we have patience when asked to share our knowledge with others and may we listen with attentive care when those with different skills are teaching us. As life-long learners, we pray in Your name.
Amen.
