COVID-19 Safety Plan – Outside Worship Gathering June 27th
OVERVIEW • The Powell River United Church (PRUC) will hold a worship gathering in Larry Gouthro Park on Manson Avenue at 11am on Sunday June 27th for up to fifty pre-registered attendees, weather permitting. Seating will be on folding chairs brought by attendees. The gathering is permitted under a BC Public Health Order issued on June 6th, 2021 and therefore the gathering will be conducted in accordance with this Order.
GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDEES • The gathering will require attendees to;
Pre-register for the Event using the online website registration form below; or with the PRUC office at churchmowse@gmail.com or 604-485-5724 by June 25th at 2pm with the names, addresses and contact details of attendees;
register at the designated check-in site when arriving at the park;
bring suitable folding chairs for personal use;
follow directions provided on site to ensure compliance with BC Public Health Order requirements;
bring any drinks or food for personal consumption only;
not congregate or socialize with any other people other than when seated at the gathering;
wear an appropriate face mask except for when seated at the event;
not sing;
exit the park immediately after the gathering;
